FindersKeepers is a search tool. We search public unclaimed property databases on your behalf and present potential matches. We are not a law firm, financial advisor, or government agency. We don't give legal advice and we don't file claims for you.
The search results we provide are estimates and references — they are not guarantees. Actual claim amounts, eligibility, and outcomes depend on the holding agency and applicable law.
Important: FindersKeepers does not guarantee that you will recover any money, or that any search result will result in a successful claim. Unclaimed property recovery is governed by state law, and the claim process varies by jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use FindersKeepers. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your legal name and state of residence.
You retain all rights to your personal information. When you use FindersKeepers, you grant us a limited license to search databases on your behalf using the information you provide. We do not claim ownership over any data you submit.
You may not use FindersKeepers to:
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
Search results are based on publicly available government databases. These databases are maintained by state treasurers and other agencies, and we make no representation about their completeness or accuracy. Data in government databases may be stale, incomplete, or contain errors.
A match in our results does not guarantee that the property belongs to you, that the amount listed is correct, or that you are eligible to claim it. You should verify all information directly with the holding agency before initiating a claim.
FindersKeepers makes no guarantee that any claim filed will be successful, that funds will be released, or that the claimed amount will be received in full. Claim outcomes are determined solely by the holding agency under applicable state law.
FindersKeepers is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be complete or current. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindersKeepers and its operators (Polsia Inc.) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim does not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@polsia.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
